Jetting suggestions

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the replies on my earlier post.

Need to start in the right direction on jetting a 2004 YFZ 450. Here's what's in it.....

13.5:1 Piston
Full Curtis Sparks exhaust
Uni Air filter lid off
Hot Cams stage 1 Inatke and exhaust
Exhaust cam mod done
Stock Carb
Sea level elevation

Jets in it now are 175 main 45 pilot.
