Dremel with a cut off blade ,sand paper, and a lighter . It comes out clean.

I used a dremel tool with the cutoff wheel as mentioned above and then sanded the edges with 150 grit sandpaper and then 240 grit sandpaper. I read on here to use a lighter but I didn't have one in the garage with me and I was too lazy to go and get one, so I used a propane torch. You have to hold the torch far away because it will melt it too much. Practice on a piece of scrap plastic before you do the real thing. You can actually see the cut edge get glossy when heated. As soon as it gets glossy your good. It looks just as good as factory edges. Also, another good tip is to lay out your cut lines with electrical tape. The dremel cut off wheel will follow the edge of your tape and you will get a perfect cut, that is if your tape is perfect. Good luck and take your time. Layout, layout, layout then cut. Also, use safety glasses, I got some plastic in my eye-very painful.

dremel with a cut of blade. i also recommend a air powered die grinder with a 3" cut off wheel. its a bit quiker than the dremel

Haha what? You're nuts man j/k. :blah: I used a jigsaw on my fronts and used a 16,000 rpm Rotozip on my rears. Little sandpaper on the edges and followed it up with a propane torch. Good enough for me :D
