k&n filter oil?

hey i just got a k&n filter cleaned and i was wondering if i could just use regular filter oil on it. i have the stuff for foam filters but id have to go out and buy the special k&n oil. is it any different? im think im going to switch to a uni soon so...

Yes they are different, don't try using foam filter oil on the K&N. Only use K&N filter oil. When you switch to the UNI you have a lot more flexibility in which foam filter oil to run.
