I have a je 416 10.8:1 w/ hot cam Stage II, k&n filter, e-series slip on..... now I have some money to blow so I'm thinking port and polish, full hmf system, 450r carb and maybe and different air filter..
I've heard that the uni foam filters flow better than the k&n, what do you guys think?
I would guess that my 416 is pretty restricted as is with stock carb, head, and slip on.... how big of a gain do think I will see?
I hate to ask this cause there is probably 10 billion posts about it but since I'm starting a new thread anyway, how do you think it will compare to piped 450's?
I'm looking at about $800-900 maybe a little more for this stuff, if anyone has a better idea of how to spend it for more power, or suggestions for different exhaust or filter, please enlighten me...
