My buddy cant find his vin number on his 250r. can anyone tell me where to find it, so i can let him know.

88-89 have them on the front of the frame on the bar above the bumper mounts, its on a plate welded to this cross bar. 86-87 I cant recall right now but im sure someone else will chime in.

On my 86, there is a plate welded to what would be the subframe, just behind my left foot.

my frame is powdercoated and its a 87. Am i screwed or what?
