Does anyone know when the new hipers are going to be available?

they had previously said near the end of april. They also said they would be cheaper than the originals

early april? That sounds awesome. I can't wait to get my hands on set a set. Thanks for the info.

Ive heard there not near as strong as the current HiPers and they are more of a regular wheel than a race wheel like the current model.

From the pics of them it looked like they had aluminum or steel inserts for the lug nuts, much like an OEM honda wheel.

lol my mistake! Acutally I just called hiper and they said May 15th is when they will be out. As for as being weaker goes, I was thinking the same thing. It seems to me like There is going to be too much force from the hub studs as apposed to the original design.

yea, this is in the description on the website

"The two piece design allows us to bring our carbon fiber wheels within reach of the sport rider."

"the CF1 is perfect for the rugged sport rider who needs high performance at an affordable price"

so its sounds like its more of a recreational wheel instead of a racing wheel

I have been waiting for these wheels to come out but now I don't know which ones I should buy. I want this set of rims to be the last rims I ever have to buy. I like how the cf1's look and they are going to be cheaper but I don;t want to break one. Right now I am riding on a 2 bent front itp .190s. 1 from a collision and 1 from riding (I think it was a rock)

I spoke with them about these before i bought my tech 3's and i was informed there would be no warranty i they were used for racing purposes, i don't know how they will determine that!
