here it is in the red circle, what happened it i cased a jump and the rear skid plate mounts just ripped off the frame and cracked my frame....here is two pics

Dayumn Bud...If you just got that thing going, looks like your shocks need some adjusting or you're casing a lot of jumps...A lot of the coating is coming off....(Not Pappys fault though) Bike looks great though...Kind of like the white frame and red plastics....Pop Dup

im not mad or nothing like that, im not blaming it on pappy at all, his work and turn around time is great. I had only ridden three laps and i went for the big table top at this track and cased it. Didnt feel like i cased it horribly bad because i have had alot of worse. One thing i can say is that AC products are pretty ****ty. :grr:

Pappy i dont have the time right now to send it back because season is starting this sunday.:ermm: what should i do?

well, if i were in your situation, id have it welded. once its done, take a wire wheel and clean up the weld and the area of powder that will be burned from welding. then put some white paint on it to seal the bare metal. then this fall, or when you bust it up good again, send it here and ill gladly help you out


one look at the ac mount tells me how hard you hit. your not the first to tear up something...lol poor scro ripped the lower arm mount off his frame(badazz looking candy blue R) on his first real ride. a few gncc riders i sponsor have either bent their frames or also torn off a arm mounts after their winter builds. it is the nature of the beast, but ya cant let tearing stuff up stop you or else you might as well ride in the back yard and thats it!
