tranny/gear oil

i recently bought a 89 mx R and i forgot to ask what tranny. gear oil i should use. what do you guys use? what would you recomend?

Castrol 20w-50 in a 1988 250R with the original and I repeat original clutches in it. It was raced moto-x for 7 years then became a trail rider/ hill climber.
