I'm getting +3 houser a arms and peps that are 16 in and I'm wanting to make sure they will all fit together right and do I need to also replace my rear shock or will it make a difference

You don't need to do your rear shock. However, its worth doing. Send it off to GT Thunder, and get their link.

Call PEP and see if the Houser +3's will work.
