Timing/Cam chain

I've been looking around for a new Timing chain on the internet and all i find is Cam chains. Are they considered the same thing? Where could I find a Timing/Cam chain(whichever it is called) for fairly cheap.

yes they are the same..get a d.i.d. 3/4 row check out advantagecyclelc.com they have them
