If they are stock A-arms you will not be able to powder coat them you will have to paint them. Red or Black

If you have acess to a sandblaster use that to get the paint off if not then you'll have to sand them, as for the painting make sure you put on plenty of clearcoats.

When I paint I just use any automotive paint, don't buy the cheap stuff otherwise you end up with cheap results.

Hope this helps ya out.

Yea a car shop should sell it I think, or just go to Wal-mart and buy some, that's where I buy my paint from and it works great. The paint comes in a spray can most people call it rattle can paint.

For sandpaper use like 60 grit it's the real course stuff.

O, I guess I did'nt look at where you live. Yea its kind of like that in a way, but a car shop would have it or just a paint store carries spray paint also so check there.

You will need to clean the surface up real well and use a 180 grit to start and go to about a 600 grit paper in incriments if you want a good smooth looking paint job and yes use a primer first and then a clear over the paint . 60 grit is way to coarse and usualy only used on wood or other soft materials.

When I paint I do 3 coats primer, 3 coats paint, and 4 coats of clearcoat.
