Between HMF and Big Gun which is gonna give me the most power and sound?

I had an HMF slip-on when I first got my 04' and it was fine. A bit loud for my taste. Had to get rid of it because of the 99db limit to race in D34.

I have a HMF, but its the Quiet Race Series and its 96db and the power difference is amazing.
