so i went to the rockies skiing for the weekend and on the last day we take a scenic rout and stop by a lake to take a break and walking along the shore we run into this

i'm surprised that that thing would still be in there...up here if a vehicle goes through the ice its 1500 a day fine from the DEC.

Same thing happened to my buddy's dad's truck at the beginning of winter . He went through a pressure crack and his new Chevy truck went to the bottom ( 6 feet deep) . It took a nice size crane to get him out .

The dummies put a cable through the cab to lift it , so that bent chit up and shattered all the windows . The as the truck was close to being out of the water , it rolled and they dropped it on the cab . $40 000 truck RUINED !!!! Thank God for insurance !!!!

i doubt his insurance would cover that. I know here once you drive out on the ice your insurance is voided. This being because you are not driving on land. Maybe its different where you are. If you drive out on the ice its at your own risk. Insurance shouldnt have to pay for his stupidity and jack up everyone elses rates.
