My question is has or does anyone know how to remove the stupid Main Air Jet plug on the air box side of a 2004 Trx 450r Carb? I put this crappy dyno jet kit in and now i want it out, but can not come up with a logical plan to remove this and the last thing that I want to do is drill it out.

So your just wanting to swap the main jet back out of your carb? Just pull the carb off and take it out. They arent hard to work with at all. What trouble are you having?

I am not swapping the main jet out, if you look on the air box side of the carb, in the bottom left corner there is a small brass opening, that is called the main air jet. well if you use a Dyno jet kit for a 04 trx then it requires that you put a plug in this hole. Once the hole is plugged there is no way to get it out. The idiots at Dyno Jet designed a product with one flaw: that is it can not be removed

What you need is one of these little suckers:

I'm not sure where you find such a tool, but I might start by finding a knowledgeable person at Motorcyclecarbs.com (http://www.motorcyclecarbs.com/AAJS_W128.cfm) to talk to about it.

Ok, sorry I misunderstood.

Then yes a easy out or left handed drill bit should work just dandy on it.
