Paper help: riding area closures

i have to write a paper for my college english class and need some help. it has to be on a current problem in the world. i chose to do mine on the clsoing of riding area's and such ATV related problems. I need any info, insight that you guys might have, but i also need links to websites for information about the subject, from both sides of teh argument (ATVer's and Enviromentalist) any help would be appreciated.
