Awsome exhaust for 400ex!!!

I bought a Tc Shorty exhuast for my 400ex and it works awsome and sounds awsome, the neighbors could hear me coming from a mile away. It is an awsome exhuast if your looking for one for your 400ex or any other atv.

yea, well...thats why most ride areas get closed down...because people like you have loud arse pipes....do us all a favor and buy a yoshi or HMF with the quiet end for woods riding and then uncork it when your on the track....:eek: :ermm:

HA... if you knew where I came from you wouldnt say that, you stick out like a sore thumb around here without a loud pipe. I have friends with straight pipe tubing on theirs that are louder than harleys. So quit bein a ball baby and deal with it. I am not saying that I dont like those other exhausts though :D

thats deff. true mustang haha.. the pipe I have has the disk end so I can quiet it but I was just joking about that neighbor thing, I dont hardly live near alot of people, I know I think it is kinda gay having a straight pipe too haha

IMO they are annoying. And I have HMF pipes on all my quads. also had a drag 4 cyl street bike that my dad raced and it wasn't even that loud.

My friend's slip on broke off last weekend, so he had a straight pipe for the rest of the day.

Why in the hell would you want something that loud and obnoxious? The friend I'm talking about used to drive a Dodge with duals on it with no cat or anything, and he thought his 4-wheeler was too loud and annoying.

I have a White Bro's E-Series and after a long ride, say 4 hours plus, my ears feel like I just left a concert. I don't have the loudest pipe out there, and believe me, I don't want it either, but I think that even mine is too loud.

That thing is sweet haha... ya I love loud but you do have to consider others but we dont live near people that care. they all ride the loudest too and love it.

I seen the dyno of a stock 400ex and a tc pipe. It read only 25hp. Eithor the power gain is all in peoples head or it is just a all bottom end pipe.

well I dont know but I know that my cuzin has a yfz450 and I race him and in 5th gear we were neack and neck and when I raced him the other night I was only in 4th and we were side by side. There aint alot on top end but there is top end power gains.

Whatever you say man, I would bet ya 100 bucks that I can hang with my cousins YFZ, and how would you know you aint never seen it. Those atvs are all on top end and make for racin not for speed.

Those yfz are all top end and made for racing not speed. I raced him when he first bought it. I dont lie I was right with him. The Yfz's have a top speed of like 65mph.

lmao loud pipes in about nywhere piss peeps off, but i think hmf is tha way to go since you can slip a silencer right in.loud pipes are fun at the dunes or the track...but nowher else unless you like to make people mad :ermm: i live in the county and no one gives a ****:cool:
