Well in October of last year I was left with out a qaud, and with nothing to do. It wasnt to long before I was really bored. So one day i decided to get myself a project. I bought a 1989 250r frame and motor, and some miscellanious parts for 1100 Canadian and the adventure began. The last few months i have been gathering parts and have decided to start the build. I will post pics later today hopefully, if I can figure out how to resize them.

yep sure am...works great with the dual braided lines i put on there....plus i like the clicky thing that the 450r has when you pull the lever in...makes it sound important.

Thanks for the comments! Im not sure on the bumper, when I bought he just said it was an aftermarket bumper. My guess is its Tag and for a different quad becuase it doesnt mount too well. I am in college also and I know what you mean about the money, but I am co-op right now and making some money so the parts start to come too :D. I should have it rippin in a couple of weeks!

Damn...that looks good. How smooth is that rear swinger, the surface on it (bead blasted?) looks like sandpaper. Just makes it look like dirt is going to get into the metal and your going to have one hell of a time washing it off that rough surface. What color are the frame and side cases, is it all pc?

Finally got the quad finished minus front brakes. Cut the fenders up and I like it alot.

The only thing I need now is a 310 kit, some reeds, and a carb, so I can run with the big boys :macho
