doug eichner edelbrock carb

is anybody out there running an edelbrock douf eichner carb on there 440. i am thinking about getting one and kinda want ot know what to expect. I have everything done to it in sig, the only thing i have added was a nology hot wire. thanks for any info out there

I have one it's nice, decent gains, really easy to work on. One thing I really like is that my bike starts up right away, just pump the throttle twice. Youll have to grind the little notch off in the throttle housing, the throttle is a lot longer than stock, it's kind of hard to describe, uses a nob and needles to jet. You dont have to take the carb off to work on it. My fully worked 440 though is on E-29. The ones they give you are 21, 23, and 25. They are like 13 dollars a piece though it kind of sucks.
