K&n breathers

i am looking to buy some k&n crankcase for a car but im putting them on my atv
im hooking them up to some blue silicone breather hoses
they do not have to be k&n, they can be a knock of brand but i want them to be similar, not foam

the vent part (the plastic shaft) has to have an outer diameter of 1/2"

these are going to be in the airbox so the cant be 2ft long
