What did you make that out of?? O.D and wall thickness?? 4130 Chromoly or Mild steel.

Its Chromoly, I believe its 1"OD but I'm not sure on the ID

If I remember right it's a crankcase breather that captures oil vapor before it heads back through the intake. Yes you can remove it, just route the hose off the motor directly to the air box. If you run the air lid off that breather doesn't do anything anyway, it just vents.

sorry then, i guess i didnt quite understand your question. I think i could make them and get them powdercoated for a pretty good price....i have since added fender brackets onto them.
