Has anyone had to replace the metal bushings in the rear end of their Outlaw?

My quad has 49 hrs on it, It gets washed and greased after every ride.

The metal bushings in the rear lower a-arm at the front mount( zerk) are worn at least 1/32 past the coating.

The metal bushings on the carrier which mounts the upper control arm (zerk) to the carrier is also worn at least 1/32 past the coating..

These are not expensive parts but Polaris does not want to cover them in their so called"extended warranty" that I wasted $600.00 on.

Just a heads up for all you Outlaw owners!

I bet they are concidered wearable items. Still should be covered by warranty as long as your in your warranty period.

Didn't they come out with a new style of bushing for the rear on their newest Outlaws?

If so perhaps you could talk then into a discounted price since the originals were insufficent. ;)
