Running too rich

I just had my quad totally rebuilt...and now its running too rich. I go to give her some power and it feels like the choke is on ( but its not) so i know its running too rich. whats the best and easiest way to adjust this

If its that rich you need to pull the carb apart and rejet it. Do you know what jets are in it now? What mods are done to it?

Take your airbox lid off and see if it helps. It could be possible that your jet fell out of the needle/jet holder, or that your choke is stuck on.
