If you have a stock motor you won't benefit from an aftermarket CDI.

If money isnt an issue go for the MSD ignition. One of the best mods I've done. Even on a stock motor it works good because you can adjust just about everything. You get multiple spark and it puts out twice the voltage. Good thing is it will complement any future mods you plan in the future

If the MSD is too expensive, then I'd go with GT Thunder. They have two versions, a lower RPM XC version, or a higher RPM, more advanced spark curve MX version. Price is around $125.
