Super clean Honda 400ex for trade

OK heres the deal, i have a 2003 honda 400ex that i raced one ice racing season (about 10 races). It is in excellent shape and there is not a thing wrong with it. It was well maintained and takin care of and was not beat. Besides being raced, i did not hardly ride it around, just here and there around the yard or the field. Very few scratches or marks on the plastic and no cracks. I am looking for a 2003 or newer Honda 450r or a Suzuki Quadracer 450 race ready or not race ready, it doesnt matter. I am looking to trade mine for a 450. OR i will sell mine to buy a 450, but will not sell mine until i know where i can get a 450. I am looking to get one ASAP. Let me know what ya got.

I also have some extra parts that i used for racing. I raced a stock class so there isnt that much.

2 sets of handle bars
twin air filter
14,15,16,36,38 tooth sprockets
DG nerf bars with brand new webbing
CRJ front and rear lowering kit
tether
rear swing arm skid plate

However, if some of the stuff doesnt come with another quad i will keep some of the stuff i got now so i can put it on the new one.
