anyone smart with a 99 king quad?

my 1999 king quad 300 starts and runs like a champ, until the gas in the tank runs down to about a half tank, then it will stale out and won't start back up. if i fill it back up with gas it starts and runs fine. i have taken it to two different shops @ around $300 each visit and it still does the samething. they changed the plug, cleaned and jetted the carb, cleaned all the vaccum hoses, new on/off valve under the gas tank, new fuel pump and filter. and still broke.
any help would be very thankful

ur gasket in ur gas cap could be bad my 86? fourtraxs 70 did that to me....or you get to much vacume in the tank

it sounds like the petcock ((((If it is like some of the hondas)))))
is cloged, They usually have a straw that sticks up in the tank, which is how they get On and Reserve, but it sounds like the lower 1/2 of that "Straw" which is usually a screen is clogged

Can you pull the tank off, and then pull the pick up out of the bottom of the tank?
