Hey i have a 06 450er and a rossier pipe, pro design intake kit, and hot cams 2 on it... my jetting is a 168main..48pilot.. and hrc needle 4th clip!!! Does that sound about right because my pipe is still turning a little blue when i run it????

They all do... at least I'm pretty sure they do? Mine did...

That sounds a bit lean if you are running no lid. Most people start out with a 185 main, 50 pilot and go from there.

for the 06 I think your close, im at 170 w/hrc kit, k&n, and rossier

I have no lid, UNI filter, Baldwin XC Cam, and HMF full exhaust and I am running a 165 main, stock 42 pilot (helps them start better), HMF needle on 3rd clip, White brothers fuel screw 2 - 2-1/2 turns out, 55 leak jet, and have adjusted the acc. pump. You sound fairly close. I called Baldwin and he told me to run my setup I have now and it is much better then when I had a 172 main in.

hey whats up im running a rossier, stage 2 hot cam, kandn filter, and i called rossier and he told me to run the hrc jet kit bc thats what he runs on all his bikes, and that is a 185 main with the hrc needle and i put a 50 pilot jet in...

sounds like 04-05 jet specs not 06-07,2 different carbs so different jets
