MY Daughters mini has been burning her pants and boots abit .
WEll.... This time around she wanted the baggie style pants so we had to come up with an idea so this would fix the burn issues.

I thought it turned out pretty good!
My Husband decided to use a Predator heat shield and WA-LA!

I think thats what he done. Then he fully welded areound the nuts. We are also going to do full welds on the heel guards for added strength,we just ran out of time this week before the racing .Right now it has several heavy duty tabs so it should be good to go for the wk end.

Do you have any more pics of the heel guards?..I just put some nerfs on my sons Viper but they didn't come with any heel guards..I was wondering how I could attach something to make it a little safer.

Im sure you could. They are the same as we run on the DRX,it says they are universal.

When were done racing this wk end Ill get some pics and post them for you.
What areas would you like them of?

I still cant believe how much power the CR85 motor has.

What areas would you like them of? That would be great..Just some angles kinda showing where you attached them to the nerfs and the frame....Thats an awesome looking machine you've built.

No, it's a hybrid. We have a cr 85 motor in a blaster setup as well. We went and bought new plastic, new long travel a-arms, long travel axis shocks, new bumper, new seat cover, new handlebars, new nerf bars, beadlock wheels, etc.......
I could go on and on..

Can't wait to get it from the shop. We are doing the black and pink combo.... I'll have pics as soon as it is home....

I almost forgot to add, I wasn't sure if I told you, but Allison broke her arm at her first race of the season. So we havent been in that much of a hurry to get it done....
She is almost 3 weeks out since her wreck, so we are getting a little bit closer to getting back into it. I'm beginning to have motocross withdrawal ...lol
