Here is my 89 250r that i just built over the last year starting with just a frame. The frame color is candy orange and it is a 310 esr cylinder. This is a couple pics from the first time i rode it at Little Sahara in Oklahoma. Let me know what u think.

Sick. That candy orange is pure sex. :)

Where did you get the 310 graphics at? I just ordered that same cylinder, and I looked around and couldn't find any besides on eBay. (I can't use eBay right now, because I closed my bank account and I am using my grandma's credit card for online stuff and just paying her back)

NICE!!

I miss Little sahara. Me and my friends used to go up there for a week at a time once or twice per year. But now everyone is married, jobs, etc. and I havent been back since 97-98 ish. Oh well..... one of these days :D

My brother's girlfriend her parents do stickers and we had them made up to the specs of original. they run about 30 bucks or so and you can get any color. If you let me know i might be able to hook up.

looks good! Im doing a complete build up from the frame myself as we speak. I have a few parts but not many. How is the power with the 310? Its the same kit im planning on going with

Do you already have a complete bottom end to go in it? The power on mine is excellent. I was outrunning many 450's of all makes that weren't close to stock in the sand this past weekend.

not quite yet, im still focused on building up the chassis but after i sell my honda odsyssey fl250 im buying an engine for it. Thats good to hear about the power, i was hoping it will be a fast bike :)

well if your goin to put a bottom end together i would strongly reccomend putting the +4mm stroker crank in it. That's what i did with mine and it really brought some good bottom end power without losing the topend pull we all love. I work at an atv shop and we build a lot of 250r motors so if you get to the point with building one and have questions just let me know. We could even order it all for you and assemble it if you don't have someone that does your motorwork.

sweet, thanks man! Ill definitely have some questions about what to order for the engine when it comes time to get it. What octane fuel you running in yours?

I'm still running on 93 octane. I had to have a special dome cut for my head for the stroker and to keep pump gas and still keep optimum squish clearence. It runs extremely well tho. I even got a couple videos from drag racing this past weekend i can send you if your curious.
