View Full Version : Passing sound check with Dasa

I was wondering if anyone has had their Dasa exhaust tested at any of the ATVA Nationals yet. Pass or fail? Does anyone know what they are doing penalty wise to those who don't pass?

do you have the pipe? is so is it the short one or the long one?

Yes I have the exhaust system. I'm not sure what you mean by long or short, it is the one for mx so I would say long. I called Dasa and they said they are making a longer one and will be out in the next few weeks. Byrd is running it now, as you can tell in the pictures it is a couple inches longer than the first production run of them.

Joe is running the long one is urs as long as his? we have not started shipping the long ones but to a a select few. how long is urs?

Mine isn't as long as the most recent one on Byrd's bike. It is the original length. I'll try to get a pic comparing the two.

Not the best picture, but this is the new one that is longer. You can tell by the sticker and because it comes beyond the grab bar.

in the pic with the all black bike it has the first gen that we did. the pic with joe has the new one. the one joe runs will pass sound but not the old one

That's mine. Doesn't that figure I bought the pipe in like January got it February and haven't even rode with it really.
