just wondering, i dont go around the mud i go through the mud. if i drill holes in the top of the air box will i get water/mud in it? does it make a differance? i have a k&n and pipe. thanks

Find some type of stryofoam and cut out some peices to wedge in between your subframe and rear plastic,,that's what I do..it does help but does not stop all mud/water from getting inside the airbox..it also depends on how many and how big the holes are..

Sense you are running a K&N put on outerwears over it. I run no lid and its a very noticable power gain. It would probably be good to jet up a size too.
