how to replace cam "HELP"

how hard is to replace a cam on a 05 450r. i want to replace mine,also is there a write up about it anywere. thanks

search around in the 450r section. there is also a vid on the hotcams website, its on a crf 450r, but basicly same thing.

replacing the cam isn't to bad, worse part about it in shiming it

thanks guys i have tool but it sounds like a pain i might just take it to the shop.
