Just ordered my helmet cam it is a MotoComm DSR-100 Helmet Camera. I found mine on ebay brand new for $275.

Here are some links to vids and reviews I have gotten off the Nyrocatv site. thanks JJJ

Remember the vids are not as clear due to the host and also he is still trying to get the camera dialed it.

I always wanted to get one of those so the friends/family that don't ride could see what it looks like to slam through an XC Race. ;)

I don't think he had it hooked up. The speaker is seperate from the Cam so I am thinking of mounting it on the back of my helmet so the wind dosen't make it sounds funny

Its an interesting setup compared to others that ive seen. Resolution seems kinda low though. Good for the internet/youtube though

The ppl I have talked to that use it say that it is alot cleaer in person. Also for some reason it darkends when the ride the woods.

He said he can adjust the settings also it may be becuase it is focusing on the helmet. He made a new mount so he is going ot try it again as soon as he fixes the quad.

I will have some decent footage of a race in the near future.

BTW anyone know of any free programs for video editing?

Or do I need to buy one?

I got my helmet cam yesterday and its already gone out for warranty. there is a bad connection between ether...the cam or cord that connects the cam to the recorder. But they have great customer service.

Seems to be a very nice system can't wait to try it
