does this part go on the outside or the inside of the tranny, and will it cure a bent shift shaft or just prevent it? thanks

it goes inside of the clutch side, and it wont cure a bent sh.shaft-but it will prevent it and it will void your warranty.(if they (suzuki )find out)

The shift pin relocater has nothing to do with the shift shaft.

It keeps your shift pin from breaking out of the case, causing major damage to your engine.
