doing an oil change and noticed that the emgo oil filter is a lil bit different then the one i replaced. the indent where the spring goes is a lil bit shallower then the indent of the brand i took out. everything seems fine. maybe just a lil bit harder to put the cover on. your thoughts?

I've been using the EMGO's for years. That's normal. I have noticed that twice in 3 years the black-rubber center gasket has pushed into the body of the filter. Wierd.... You'll know that's probably the case when your oil goes from gold to black in only 2 hrs.
