i just hava quick question. only my right rear wheel spins--could that possibly be the wheel hub or the axle? the castle nut and cotter pin are still on but only one wheel is spinning.
please help!!!

the only possible explanation would be the splines on either your hub or axle are completely stripped.... take the hubs off and see

I would think you would be able to figure out what it is just by the sound it must be making? As already said take the hub off and you will know right away...

Stripped or cracked hub. Guarenteed.

All I can say is wow. Has to be the spines in the spindle, if its the hub you can just buy the hub but you will have to buy a new axel if the axel spines are stripped.

Depending how long its been going on, he may have to get new hub(s) and a axle, if a stripped hub was spinning on a axle id think it would get to messing up the axles splines pretty quickly.
