How about just getting a Pipe, filter and rejet? I reccomend an HMF Slipon and a UNI air filter, buy your jets from www.jetsrus.com.

filter, outerwear, pipe, and the 416 kit all sound like a good plan. no need for a jet kit though, just get the individual jets. and if you go with the edlebrock car a jet kit will not work anyway. Personally i don't care for the edlebrock, i would got with a 450r carb or an FCR. the rev box would be good if you got a good one, not a cheap WB or big gun one. the 2 tooth bigger sprocket will kill the bike. are you running a 14 now, or still have the 15? 2 teeth up would kill you bottom end, but would give you alot faster top end.

i can keep with the 450s because im a better rider, i dont want the 440 due too reliability, cost and ease of fitting a 416. .
and is the sprks x6 a better pipe?
