ok, i know this has been covered to some extent already, but just curious.would a shock from the front of a warrior or raptor work on the rear of a blaster,or would it be too soft since it was designed to work with another shock?? would those warrior or raptor fronts work on the blaster front,or are they too long?? any help is appreciated, thanks!

raptor shock is too long i think to fit....warrior fronts should bolt up to the front as well as banshee's...don't stick em on teh back though...even if they do fit back there

ok,thanks.so do you definately think that warrior fronts or banshee fronts will work up front on the blaster?? just tryin to get a better ride.i know to really acheive that i need more wheelbase and wider fr/rear ends.but tryin to stay cheap, only $800 invested in the bike.

i know how u feel about being budgeted lol....if u havent already....flip the front wheels that'll widen it....and as for a better ride, i think ur gonna have to go aftermarket....i think the front banshee shocks are stiffer tho...not sure on the warrior ones...theyre heavier bikes. u can ebay up a 400ex shock for a better rear though

yeah,i flipped the front wheels already.i was gonna get a 400ex rear shock, but wanted to check here first to see if i could keep it yamaha all the way.i may do some experimenting( that's what a pay-pal account is for right?) i'll keep ya'll informed if i make any new discoveries.

Best cheap setup is
Banshee fronts
87 and up lt250r fronts- adjustable compression

400ex or z/kfx 400 rear shock. Fully adjustable.

does a 400ex shock fit in pretty good in the back?
