Wont Start. Help

I BOUGHT A 07 450R ELECTRIC START AND I WAS RIDING IT FINE YESTERDAY ALL DAY BUT WEN I TOOK IT OUT TO CLEAN IT WONT START ITS NOT THE BATTERY AND ITS NOT THE STARTER. IT WANTS TO START BUT IT WONT PLZ CAN ANYBODY HELP ME. THANX I N ADVANCE

turn up the idle

thumb screw under right side of gas tank

checklist for hard/no starting
1: fuel; put on "reserve" just to be sure
2: kill swith to "run"
3: ckoke "on" if engine is cold
4: in "neutral" or clutch disengaged
