in my opinion pep shocks are the most frame friendly which makes them the best. they are sweet riding shocks. definitly better than stadium or elka. custom axis is right there to. fox needs more time to be as good as pep. you see that people can win with about any of these. if all the pros had to buy their own shocks most would buy pep.

PEP builds the best shocks out there.

I think the fox evols are pretty nice shocks, I like the fact that you can air them up to how you like them. But you have to do it every time you ride. But these are what most run on the ltr's.

These are what most run because Gust runs them, not because they are best. I'm not sayin they're not the best either but most run them because they see big name pros using them. I don't have an opinion on who makes the best shocks, I've only ridden stockers. I was just reminding you that most pros run what they get paid the most for, not what they like the best. Of course you'll never get them to admit that but it is true.

I heard the Fox Evols are amazing but the rear isn't quite up to par. I have ridden on a buddies JB/PEP LTR and it was bad arse!

The Fox Evol fronts are on par with my Custom Axis.
