Hello,I just purchased a new 330pv from esr and just started it and rode down the road and back. The cylinder was was leaking coolant down the side. So I replaced the o-ring and that was still not the problem. Only to find that on the left side 1/8 inche down from the head on the water jack there is a small hole leaking coolant on the side of the cylinder. Any one else have this.
or is this a defective cylinder.

i had that on my esr 330pv. didnt worry cause it was a seapage type thing, not pouring or squirting out. i had it fixed when i sent it to neil (cleigh). he did my porting and hooked me up on the leak. i had heard that some of these cylinders are like this because there poris or somthin like that(casting process)

Have you checked back with where ever you bought the cylinder kit from for replacement.
That cylinder casting leaking like that on a new cylinders not your problem & should be replaced, if you bought it new from a company.
