air/train horn for trucks

I am looking for a air horn or train horn for our 05 silverado. What I mean by train horn is something that sounds like a train horn, which I think is an air horn right? I know there has to be someone that makes these. If you know of a company or something please let me know.

Heck just go steel one off a semi, but you'll need to carry around an air tank and fill it up, or hook up a compressor to the engine.
