tomorrow i m painting my stem my hubs my bumper and grab bar

my question is i have a arm guards will this hold up at all here is my gurds also n e other suggestions that u think i should paint other than frame i would like

well is it spray paint if it is i would not paint them i would paint the bumper,grab bar,and stem:blah:

I would polish and clear coat :macho

Paint won't hold up. It will look like garbage after only a few rides, especially on the front bumper. It will never last on a-arm guards - it will inevitably chip after 4 or 5 hours of riding.

Also, I'm not sure if a polished surface will even hold a clear coat. I doubt it.
