engine stud help

[2002Honda400ex]

I have to replace the 4 header studs on my 400ex. I was wandering on how to tighten them up in the head. need some advice fast

I would take 2 nuts put 1 on thenput the other one on right agasnt it and u should b abbl to tight the stud in

i put red loctite on mine and just used locking nuts (little plastic studd on the inside back part of them)......... and i tightened them
