XR100 how do i lift it up

How do i lift up my xr100 im 6"2 and im tryn to put a paddle tire on it. I think i can just block it up but maybe not. or could i put xr250 suspincin

what... try typing a little more clearly. Note this is not a dirt bike forum either. If you are trying to mount the tire just put it on a bike stand if you want higher ground clearance then get a bigger tire. This may require a sprocket change to get the low end back out of it.
