Is running 2 different shocks a quad good or bad? I would like to put TCS shocks on the front of my son's 300ex but they don't make a rear I was going to use a Elka rear. Would that be a good choice?

there are alot of people that do this, It would be better to run the same brand shocks all around, but It is okay to run different front and rear shocks. Just make sure they are set for your set up.:)

cant they revalve the rear shock to a tcs? I know they do this on the trx450r rear shocks.

Someone was selling a brand new axis rear shock for a 300ex in the For sale section maybe 1 month ago for a cheap price

What if..... you were to purchase a used Elka and have TCS rebuild it?

I could do that if I found a good deal on one.
