I need to get my cylinder bored, someone mentioned center boring? do i need to worry about this or is this just for a new big bore sleeve. also do they need my piston to bore it or can i just take it to the shop now and tell em to bore it to 87mm?

also there are washers underneath the bolts that hold the head on, are they crush washers? do i need to replace these? they are not brass but they look like they have been squised slightly?

i need to get my buddys manual:devil

When I rebuilt mine the first time, I used the same head bolts. As of this moment, the motor is apart cause of a leaky head gasket. Its a good idea to use new head bolts when rebuilding your thumper. Just my two cts from my experience. :)
