How to adjust new a-arms

Is there a way to adjust some longer a-arms. Like reference points for measureing. I guess i wanna know how the pros do it cause right now i have no clue im counting threads on the adjusters and getting no where. Thanks for any help. Its a Z-400 with +2+1 alba a-arms

I usually just count the threads and measure with a measuring tape.

I dont think counting threads will help much. There is a lot of things involved when setting up your arms. Try sending a PM to TBD. He will give you all the info you need to do this.
