is service honda still open?

i wrote service honda an email last saturday and politely explained that i dont know if they have ties with the people at honda or not, then asked if honda plans to manufacture an estart kit for 04-05 R's (honda reliability and warranty) but ive got no response still :rolleyes:, not a "yes", "no", "none of your buisness", "go to h***", or anything so are they closed down or does their replies always take awhile?

Yes, they are still open. Just ordered parts from them three days ago. Just give them a call.

yeah i'd call them. I recently ordered some stuff from there as well. They prob don't have any time or get too many emails to answer.
