Have a '04 400Ex with stock suspension. The suspension is as squeaky as all get out. I don't see any zerk fittings on this model to lube. It sounds like it is time to lubricate the suspension and/or chassis. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks,

The only thing I can think to do is to remove and lube the lower shock mount bushings/bearings with molybdenum grease.

These particular models are brilliantly constructed such that you must take your ATV apart to grease stuff. I have my salty comments about this feature, but it does force you to pretty much rebuild all your suspension joints and get everything squeaky clean.

take it apart and use silicone past from 3M it is the best stuff you can get but it's not cheap

I removed the front a-arms and shocks and then cleaned and greased all the pivot points using waterproof trailer bearing grease. The squeeky front end is gone now :)

Chasing squeaks in ATV suspension is like trying to catch a leprechaun.

If ever you do "get" it, yer gonna want to get shock covers, that keep most of the mud and grime out (especially if you lube the shocks up which is just a dirt magnet.
