I got bored and wanted to experiment with a product I'd seen around for a while and painted flames on my quad, and i thought I'd let everyone see the results. I know that the paint will crack or flake off, I don't expect it to last through the winter, and I could have done a better job, but for the first time it wasn't too bad. I got three pictures to show the color change.

Thanks for the comments guys:D I used Mirage from Duplicolor http://www.duplicolor.com/ It's a three step process where you apply a base of flat black, a mid coat of the color, and a top coat of clear. I used 3 coats of black, 5 coats of color, and 4 coats of clear, with the final two being a little heavier. I just masked off the flames like you would to paint a tank of a chopper, or on a car for the most part. There are several different color combinations available. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out being the first time I attempted something like that, although I see areas that I could improve it and do better. Mabye after this gets destroyed I'll try something a little more complex. :macho

Those are pretty sweet, the thing I like best about those is they don't look like upside down champagne glasses like some.

the ceet graphics and seat are cool but the background is colored on the stickers so it wouldnt really go good on blue or different colored plastic
